90-day proposal

Live Host Launch Program

Snack Daddy’s shows are growing, and the next step is more great hosts and a team that runs without everything going through you. Over 90 days, we’ll help you hire and train new hosts, set up a schedule your team can run, and give you a clear view of who’s ready and how shows are going.

You keep the final say on every hire. You get your time back.

  5. Hosts solo

New hosts learn your products before they work a show, not while stickering or moderating, and everyone follows the same plan to the same finish line.

Stay as involved as you like. Coach new hosts yourself anytime. Your notes and scores live in the same place as Derek’s, so everyone works from one playbook.
Training cost

What each new host costs to train

An estimate based on Derek’s own training. We’ll measure the real number with your first group and share it at the Day-90 review.

Training cost per new host$2,400$850
Across 6 new hosts$14,400$5,100

Change the numbers to match yours. Today’s numbers come from Derek’s own training: about 16 hours a week for six weeks. Training cost = a new host’s paid hours before they can host a show on their own, including support shifts. With Live Ready: five in-person days (an hour learning, an hour practicing, a 2-hour support shift), a practice week with Mock Shows, a 1:1 review and a supervised show, plus about 8 hours of app lessons: about 40 paid hours. Not counted: sales from hosts selling solo about four weeks sooner.

Two weeks: learn it, then practice it

Two parts that work together: in person on your set with Derek, and online in the Live Ready app. Week 1 teaches one skill a day and practices it right away. Week 2 is all practice, ending in a supervised live show.
